What Personal Information About Customers Does Feldmans Gather?
Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information; however, some information is necessary to processing your order. We use the information that you provide for purposes such as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.
Does Feldmans Share the Information It Receives?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only with the business partners as described below:
Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Protection of Feldmans and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Feldmans, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card processor.
Orders are typically filled and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Due to stock shortages, some items may be back ordered and ship at a later date. Feldmans reserves the right to ship partial orders or hold an order for complete shipment at our sole discretion. Prior to back ordering an item or partial shipping an order Feldmans will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
The Feldmans web site does not offer on-line order cancellation. To cancel an order, please contact our order department at 816-792-3348 within 24 business hours of placing your order.

Shipping fees calculated on our web site are approximate based on information provided by UPS and USPS. We cannot confirm the shipping fees until your order enters the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of orders have incorrect shipping fees. Rest assured, however, that we verify these fees as part of our shipping procedures.
If an order's correct shipping fee is lower than the calculated fee, we charge the lower amount and ship you the order.
If an order's correct shipping fee is higher than the calculated fee, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Back ordered items shipped separately will be shipped based on the original requested ship method and charged a separate shipping fee. We will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your back order.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. In most cases, shipping rates will depend on the weight of the items purchased.
Shipping is currently offered only to the lower 48 states.
Feldmans Farm & Home Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item purchased online within 90 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts) for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping costs, including return shipping, if and only if the return is a result of our error). Items are not returnable if they are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts (excluding manufacturer defects). Please note that power equipment is excluded from this 90 day return policy. See "Returning Power Equipment" below. Also, due to safety concerns, all sales on refrigerated livestock & pet medicines/vaccines are final. No returns or exchanges.
Returning Item In-Store: You may return the item to any one of our three locations for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if and only if the return is a result of our error) as long as the item is in sellable condition and is not missing parts (excluding manufacturer defects). When returning an item purchased online to one of our stores, we recommend that you bring your order confirmation and documents included in the shipping package in order to expedite the return process. Refunds are made by crediting the original method of payment. If the item being returned was a gift to you, a refund will be made in the form of a Feldmans store gift card.
Returning Item by Mail: You may return an item by mail for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping costs if and only if the return is a result of our error) as long as the item is in sellable condition and is not missing parts (excluding manufacturer defects). Ship the item via a traceable carrier like UPS or USPS. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If the item being purchased was a gift to you, a refund will be made in the form of a Feldmans store gift card. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Packing and Sending Your Return: Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a shipping box. We recommend that you use the original shipping box that the items arrived in. You may use another shipping box if you prefer. Please note on the packing slip the reason you are returning the item.
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Ship items directly to our Liberty, Missouri store:

Depending on which return shipping service you are using, either leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up or drop it off at a UPS shipping store or Post Office.
Returning Defective or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item due to a shipping error or because the item arrives with a defect, contact our order department at 816-792-3348 within 10 days from receipt of product. One of our customer service representatives will provide instructions on returning the item. Please retain the original shipping box and all documents included in the box. A replacement item will be shipped to you or a refund will be issued (if you request a refund) once the item being returned has been received. Please note that Stihl power equipment must be returned within 7 days of purchase. See "Returning Power Equipment" below.
If you are returning a defective item that did not arrive defective, but instead became defective through normal use and operation, please immediately contact our order department at 816-792-3348. One of our customer service representatives will provide instructions - based on the manufacturer warranty - on returning the item for replacement, refund, or repair. The warranty specified by the manufacturer of the defective product determines the return policy and the item will first need to be inspected before any replacement, refund, or repair is made.
Returning Power Equipment: STIHL power equipment may be returned within 7 days of purchase. All other power equipment is non-returnable. For defective power equipment (including STIHL power equipment after 7 days of purchase), we offer repair services according to the warranty policy of the manufacturer of the power equipment.
All payments are in advance and by credit card. Your card is charged only for the items that are shipped, plus shipping and handling charges. Rest assured that we do NOT charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process.
