WINTER WHEAT is an annual, cool-season grass commonly used
as a COVER crop. It has the ability to emerge, grow and produce
ground cover without the danger of frost kill. Winter Wheat is
preferred by deer and ideal for planting in mixtures with other forages
such as clover. Seed October 1st -15th at 100-150 lbs per acre with a
depth of 1-2 inches.
