Multipurpose Pature Mix is a high yielding grass mix that provides high quality, palatable, and persistent pastures all season long for cattle, sheep and horses. Each variety in Multi-Purpose mix is endophyte-free and its versatility allows for use with multiple types of livestock. This blend includes endophyte-free forage Tall Fescue, Tetraploid Ryegrass, and grazing Orchardgrass with a prostrate growth habit. Applications for this blend would include starting a new pasture or a grass-legume hay field.Use of a seeder, a no-till drill, or a cultipacker is the ideal methods of seeding. Seed to soil contact is vital to having a successful stand.
