Hickory Blend Low Sodium Jerky Kit
Hi Mountain Hickory Blend Low Sodium Jerky Kit has the same taste as Hickory Blend Seasoning with 50% less salt! Hickory is one of the most popular smoking woods and Hickory Blend Low Sodium Jerky Kit captures this great flavor. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat up choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately.
Ingredients: Salt, spice, garlic powder, hickory powder with malto-dextrin and spice extractives, less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
