Hunter's Blend Breakfast Sausage Seasoning
Nothing beats fresh, homemade breakfast sausage! Fun and and easy to make. With our Sausage Seasonings you are in control. Make your sausage using 100% pork or mix pork with turkey or wild game, deer, elk, buffalo, antelope. Make patties, links or leave it ground. With Hi Mountain quality seasonings and your personal touch you won't settle for anything but homemade again.
Each kit seasons 20 lbs of meat, one lb at a time if you choose.
Ingredients:
Salt, spices (inlcudes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno, habenero Peppar, black pepper), natural smoke flavor and less than 2% silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent) and soybean oil (revined to be allergen free).
Bulk size seasons up to 280 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure is not included and must be purchased separately
