JACK DANIELS BEEF RUB
Add Jack Daniel's Beef Rub to any beef product before grilling or smoking. For brisket, completely cover the entire surface of the meat evenly. Refrigerate for one hour (longer for larger cuts of meat). Apply another coat before placing it onto a prepared smoker. Cooking times and temperatures vary based on cut and desired doneness.
