Cajun Blend Jerky Kit
The hearty Cajun flavors in Hi Mountain Cajun Blend Jerky Kit make an amazing jerky seasoning. Doc Holliday would be proud! Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately.
Ingredients: Pepper (red, black, white), salt, dextrose, garlic, onion, spices, sugar and spice extractives and not more than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
