Pepper Blend Jerky Kit

Hi Mountain Pepper Blend Jerky Kit is a bold, simple flavor - like jerky made in the old West. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.

Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.

Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately.

Ingredients: Salt, spices, garlic powder, black pepper and spice extractives, and less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
