Jalapeno Blend Jerky Kit
The Jalapeno pepper has exceptional flavor with just a bit of heat - the perfect partner for jerky. Use Hi Mountain Jalapeno Blend Jerky Kit with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately.
Ingredients: Salt, dehydrated jalapeno and garlic, jalapeno powder, spice, soy sauce [(wheat, soybeans, salt) and maltodextrin and salt], spice extractives. Contains soy and wheat. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
